RT9 CASE | Port of Aarhus: corrosion control

Port of Aarhus

TASK AND SOLUTION

The customer wanted corrosion control on the stained areas of their ship’s cranes. RT9 was recruited for the purpose of reaching all the hard-to-reach areas of the ship’s cranes while they were not operational.

Rope access was a quick and economical method for this type of job. We could move freely between tasks, so that we did not affect the cranes’ planned activity and thus the quality of the daily workflow at the Port of Aarhus.

DURATION
The task was solved in 2021.

This task demonstrates that rope access is a flexible method for work at height that does not require large equipment setups that will make it difficult to maintain the daily workflow at the harbor while working to solve this task.

Rope access can therefore save you time and money in your project.
